"Simply put, Ho’oponopono is based on the
knowledge that anything that happens to you or that you perceive, the entire
world where you live is your own creation and thus, it is entirely your
responsibility. A hundred percent, no exceptions.
It’s your responsibility doesn’t mean it’s your fault, it means that you are
responsible for healing yourself in order to heal whatever or whoever it is
that appears to you as a problem.
How do you heal yourself with Ho’oponopono? Three steps: by recognizing that
whatever comes to you is your creation, the outcome of bad memories buried
in you mind; by regretting whatever errors of body, speech and mind caused
those bad memories, and by requesting Divine Intelligence within yourself to
release those memories, to set you free. Then, of course, you say thank You.
There are seminars where they teach you many tricks to help this process,
but according to Joe Vitale, Dr. Hew Len himself uses the simplest of the
formulas from Ho’oponopono. Whenever a matter arises –and they arise
incessantly– addressing the Divine within you, you only have to say: I love
You, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank You." (web

Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona was a Kapuna Lapa'au (Hawaiian Herbal Medicine
Woman) who had the authority to modify an ancient tradition. She developed
Self-Identity Through Ho'oponopono (SITH) as a modification of the old
traditional Ho'oponopono and Dr Hew Len studied under her.
Dr Len was a PhD psychologist who had great difficulty accepting Morrnah's
mysticism. He took her training several times and dropped out several times
before he could accept and stay with it all the way through.
He was attempting to reconcile the traditional psychological POV with
Morrnah's view, so it took him some time. Once he did, he became on of her
star students in the technique.
It was a short time later that he took the job at the Hawaii State Mental
Hospital on Oahu and in 3 years using only SITH healed and had all but two
patients released and they closed the facility.
The difference between traditional Ho'oponopono and SITH is that in the
traditional form it is a reconciliation between people very much like the
Native Americans use with their circles and the "talking stick" that gets
passed around. Everyone gets to speak their feelings in a safe space. They
must do so without blaming anyone else for them.
With SITH it is strictly a reconciliation between the individual and God,
but one which recognizes that anything the individual is aware of in another
or the world is also within them. As Dr. Hew Len says, "who is observing
it?"
It is therefore like a Oneness Confessional between the individual and

Thoth through Maia: For what are you asking forgiveness? All
humans in this realm of time-space (with a few exceptions, such as Yeshua)
are born with a veil of self-judgment that extends out of self to others.
This is due to the Oritronic (half-light) consciousness of the planet, which
perpetuates the concept (in most religions and in society in general) that
the flesh is corrupt. Moving outside of this false dogma liberates the soul
to be free of all judgment. Once he / she is non-judgmental, they are able
to truly act as a transformative vehicle for the world and to heal oneself
in body, mind and emotions.
Maia: What Thoth has guided me to create
with this video is a simple inspirational and activational energetic to aid
in taking the individual into a state of awareness that IS Ho’oponopono. It
is a mix of the Ho’oponopono statement and a further dimension of this
internal qualification via the “Temple of Thoth.”
